RAD!

Question:
Does anyone remember the 1986 movie Rad? Yes, that's the title- Rad! It was about BMX dudes that ROCKED! I thought of that movie this morning (who knows why?) and asked Jason if he knew what I was talking about. He didn't but that didn't stop me from breaking into song. "Send me an angel..."
I wonder how cool I would think it was now? I know one thing for sure, the music still gets me going! I love 80's music.

Wow, who knew that there was someone else out there who has heard of that movie. Don't get the wrong impression though, I haven't, but my husband certainly has. Here are the things Jake has to say to you about it
1. He checked it out on ebay the other day and almost bought it
2. You can watch scenes on YouTube
3. If you ever want to have a Rad party, you know where to go
4. He's sure it's as cool today as it ever was.
So there you have it Lisa. Who knew.

That is so funny you posted this, my sisters and I were just talking about this movie last night! This is a family classic for me, it's one of the first movies our family rented and that was back in the day when we had to rent the VCR as well.

Watching this as a teenager with the cool bike tricks and the incredible music, I was sure I knew what love was.

It's always nice to hear others share my love for bodatious 80's movies. How about Over the Top, a really bad arm wrestling movie? Does that one ring a bell?

Ryan & I have it on DVD! We are big fans. It was one or the questions he asked all girls he dated. I think it is one of the major reasons he married me ;)

I love 80's music! Kent of course hates it but he only like Clutch so what does he know! I tried to buy an 80's CD the other day but when I put it in, I realized it was all redone by some group called Countdown. Very dissapointing!
